- Administrator : Will control all access to the society members and will have access to view all reports as and when needed. Will manage the payment and balance with members.
- Complaint Management : Members can register their complaint and track it’s progress online. They can chat with the admin to discuss the issue. If complaints are not resolved successfully it can be re-opened by member.
- Notices : Admin will be eligible to send across all members any notice which will be displayed on everyone’s dashboard. This can be displayed for certain period as per need.
- Events : Any planned events can be announced on this platform. All event’s photographs can be uploaded with due approval by Admin. These data can be kept in archive and can be retrieved later also.
- Vendor Management : Vendors for different activities like water tanker, washer man, electrician, plumber, cleaner, events management team etc. can be registered by Admin which can be viewed by the member and take the services when required.
- Payment & Dues : Any monthly or occasional society payment by a member will be informed through email notification and also on dashboard by Admin and will be duly acknowledged once payment is received. Financial report can be generated for any duration by Admin.
- Visitor Management : A master data will be maintained where all visitors detail with photograph, will be recorded for verification when required. Security can block any unwanted visitor.
- Parking Management : Maintain details on all vehicles owned by each flat residents. Keep detailing for all Visitor vehicles
